Join Jas for a comprehensive Yoga asana workshop where you will break down the physical actions of arm balancing and learn techniques to help us understand & embody the biomechanics that create confident, joyful arm balances.
You will begin with a moderately paced vinyasa practice to prepare the hands, core, shoulders, spine & lower body for arm balancing. Then you will zone in and spend some focused time breaking apart and practising arm balances within the crow family: crow, side crow variations and firefly pose.
The practice will wind down with some passive postures to knock off the dust and give tonic to our bodies. It will close with a generous helping of rest so that you leave feeling centred and relaxed.
